Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood actor and writer whose talent has earned her recognition as well as critical praise. Sagittarius. The actress was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She's the eldest child from Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper and Anne who is a psychology student. She's of English and Scottish origin. Moore's father was a mover often due to his job. It was hard for her to find and keep friendships.
